Who we are
VesselPDA ("we") operates the maritime operations platform and the public maritime service-provider directory at vesselpda.com. For any privacy matter, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Directory listings. Company details you submit for publication (company name, category, coverage, business contact details, logo). These are published publicly — that is the purpose of the directory — and only after your explicit consent at submission and our review.
Accounts. Name, e-mail and password hash for provider and platform accounts; e-mail verification and session data required to operate the service.
Technical data. Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Legal basis & consent
Public listing data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR). Account and log data is processed to perform the service contract and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or removal of your data at any time — including removal of a published company listing — by e-mailing [email protected]. Listing owners can also edit their listing directly from the provider portal. We answer removal requests without undue delay.
Sharing & retention
We do not sell personal data. Published listing content is public by design and may be indexed by search engines. Infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail delivery) process data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms. Account data is kept while the account is active; logs are rotated on a short schedule.
