The service
VesselPDA provides a maritime operations platform and a free public directory of maritime service providers. Directory listings are informational; VesselPDA is not a party to any transaction between listed companies and their customers and gives no warranty as to any listed company's services.
Listings
By submitting a listing you confirm the information is accurate, that you are authorised to publish it, and you consent to its public display. We review submissions before publication and may edit for format, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion — including on request of the listed company. The "Verified" badge means the listing passed our review; it is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you submit. Misrepresentation, impersonation of another company, scraping at abusive rates, or attempts to bypass review are grounds for removal and account suspension.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VesselPDA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the directory or reliance on listing content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
